submitted by Sabrina O. - |Recommended: YesQuiet, Comfortable And Clean. — I have absolutely enjoyed my time at 9th Avenue. The complex is always quiet, the apartments are comfortable with spacious rooms and plenty of storage. The grounds are kept neat and clean and the ponds are lovely to walk around and enjoy turtle watching.
