|Recommended: YesStaff — Staff is great. Rachel always go out her way to make sure that my request are taking care of, she is very professional and kind. If you need something done go visit her in the office and she will make sure you are taking care of.
|Recommended: Yes9th Avenue Station — The property is extremely clean and has a great atmosphere. The only reason for the low rating on noise is due to the constant barking from the dogs upstairs. Parking in front of our building is not always available.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, comfortable and clean. — I have absolutely enjoyed my time at 9th Avenue. The complex is always quiet, the apartments are comfortable with spacious rooms and plenty of storage. The grounds are kept neat and clean and the ponds are lovely to walk around and enjoy turtle watching.
