|Recommended: YesKudos To The Manager — It took a while for me to decide on this report as it takes a while to cypher the type of community relationship of others. The ladies in the office has always completed all that I have needed while here. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and does well as I am a tradesman and I do know the work they do and what they have done for my apartment as needed.
Jessica Loeb is very tentative and reactive if and when I need anything , super star . And professional. The grounds are maintained well and the area is nice. I had one issue here, it was a known thief that were opening car doors to help himself and He finally got himself busted and a waiting trial for his indiscretions, young man that I will later dismiss as hopefully he will act right and earn his keep.
|Recommended: YesStaff — Staff is great. Rachel always go out her way to make sure that my request are taking care of, she is very professional and kind. If you need something done go visit her in the office and she will make sure you are taking care of.
|Recommended: Yes9Th Avenue Station — The property is extremely clean and has a great atmosphere. The only reason for the low rating on noise is due to the constant barking from the dogs upstairs. Parking in front of our building is not always available.

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — This is our first apartment and it has gone so well. Staff has gone above and beyond to ensure we’ve had a smooth move-in. We’ve been here about a month so far and overall it’s been fantastic.

|Recommended: YesApt Review — Finding a parking spot has been ridiculously hard in the evening. I have to park several units away from my apt. Tenants with animals should be required to live downstairs and not upstairs. People make enough noises while walking which I am ok with. The animals makes much more noise running all over the place.
